2. Humane one-way exclusion
A one-way door lets the animal leave on its own but not return. No leg-hold traps, no poison — and we check for babies first.
3. Seal it shut
We reinforce and seal every gap with steel mesh and proper materials so nothing gets back in.
4. Cleanup + warranty
Optional attic sanitation, then a 5-year warranty on the sealed points. If an animal re-enters a sealed spot, the repair is on us.

Yes. We use one-way doors that let the animal leave on its own, then seal the entry point — no leg-hold traps or poison. During spring and summer we always check for babies first so a mother is never separated from her young.
Aren't raccoons protected in Ontario?+
They are, under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act. That's exactly why we use humane one-way exclusion instead of trapping and relocating — it keeps the animal's movement on its own terms and stays fully within the law.

Wildlife jobs start at $295. The final price depends on the animal, the number of entry points, and the sealing work needed. You get a firm quote after the inspection — no surprise charges.

That's the whole point of sealing the entry points. Our exclusion work is backed by a 5-year warranty — if an animal re-enters through a spot we sealed, we come back and fix it at no charge.
