Our home is in a newer Markham subdivision — are we still at risk?
Yes. Newer builds aren't immune; gaps around rooflines, vents, weep holes and garage junctions still let mice, rats and ants in, and exterior wildlife pressure is higher where subdivisions back onto green belts and stormwater ponds. We inspect each home individually.

Can you just trap the raccoon and release it in the countryside?
